After spending nearly two years in prison battling cases of murder in the famous bijambiya cases that caused mayhem in the Greater Masaka Region, the two Opposition legislators Allan Ssewanyana of Makindye West and his counterpart of Kawempe North Constituency Mohammed Ssegirinya have today reported back to Parliament.
The duo, who face murder charges, were released last month on bail.
The legislators arrived at parliament at around 1:30pm for today’s afternoon session. On arrival, Ssegirinya and Ssewanyana knelt down in front of the parliamentary building raising their hands up and prayed to the Lord for granting them a second chance.
