Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament, Francis Zaake has cried out for his dear life as he reports death threats.
Zaake says that he received what he calls credible information from a whistle-blower who warned him of plots to have him assassinated.
“I am told that the plan is being hatched by regime officials led by the head of one of the organs of Government, a regime Minister, and a high-ranking security official,” reads part of Zaake’s assassination plot which he reported on his X handle.
The member of the National Unity Platform (NUP) legislator further reports; “In case the worst happens, I have shared with relevant people details of the plot and identities of the individuals involved.”
Zaake has however not revealed whether he reported the matter to Police or any other Security agencies to have what he calls death threats investigated and also be accorded relevant security before landing into the enemy’s trap.
By press time, no security agency in the country had also responded to Zaake’s assassination plot claims.
