The Africa Cup of Nations defending champions Senegal ended the game against the tournament hosts, Ivory Coast in tears after a loss in a penalty shoot-out.

Though the match seemed to be a walkover for team Senegal, it stretched up to 120 minutes only to end in a one goal draw.
