Houseboy Kidnaps Two School Girls

Police in Nakaseke district have launched investigations into the suspected kidnap of two female juveniles from Kirangazi village in Ngoma sub-county.

The victims have been identified as a four-year-old Phionah Tusingwire and a five-year-old Patience Tarindeka who are both pupils at Apex Model Primary School in Nakaseke District.

They are believed to have been abducted by a houseboy only identified as Sande who had been trusted to deliver them to school on Friday morning.

Sande was allegedly riding a motorcycle, Bajaj Boxer Registration Number UBF 009B.

Savannah Region Police Spokesperson Sam Twiineamazima says that the children who left home at 7:00am never returned home at the end of the school day. Twineamazima said that what shocked the parents was the fact that also the houseboy was equally missing.

Scovia Kayesu, the mother of two children says attempts to locate the children have been futile. Twiineamazima said that the mother also reported the incident to Kirangazi Police Station and investigations are ongoing.
